Job Description: As a Graduate Software Engineer at QualMinds, you will be an essential part of our software development team. Responsibilities:
• Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as [C#.Net, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL Server]
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions while adhering to best practices. • Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and robustness of software applications.
• Documentation: Document code, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to software design.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or a related field with 75% of aggregate throughout the academics, who passed out in 2022/23.
2. Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
3. Technical exposure on C# .Net, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript & SQL Server.
4. Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking skills and strong communication skills.
5. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
